X-lent Tea Refund Policy

At X-lent Tea, we strive to provide exceptional quality products and outstanding customer service. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds according to the following policy:

Returns
You may return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions for returning the product(s).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. For orders paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For other payment methods, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment.

Exceptions
The following items are non-refundable unless received defective or damaged:
– Discounted, sale, or clearance items
– Opened food/tea products

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of use or the product’s condition is unsellable upon return.
